BX-G2000\BX-S2000\BX-H4000 diffuse reflection laser photoelectric switch

Background suppression Remote diffuse laser sensor (background suppression, normal on/off switch, adjustable knob for detection distance)

The working principle of a diffuse reflection photoelectric switch is primarily based on the reflection and scattering characteristics of light. It consists of two main parts: the emitter and the receiver. The emitter sends out a beam of infrared light, which is reflected back after striking the surface of the object being detected. The receiver captures the reflected light beam, and then converts the light signal into an electrical signal through an internal photodetector. Under normal circumstances, when no object blocks the light, the receiver receives the light signal emitted by the emitter, and the diffuse reflection photoelectric switch is in a conductive state, outputting a high-level signal. When an object blocks the light, the receiver cannot receive enough light signal, and the diffuse reflection photoelectric switch will be in a non-conductive state, outputting a low-level signal. This working principle makes the diffuse reflection photoelectric switch widely used in industrial automation control systems.

    FAQ

1 ,How does the photoelectric switch sensor work?
The photoelectric switch is composed of transmitter, receiver and detection circuit. The transmitter aims at the target and emits a beam, which generally comes from a semiconductor light source, light-emitting diode (LED), laser diode and infrared emitting diode. The beam is emitted without interruption, or the pulse width varies. The radiation intensity of the pulse-modulated beam is selected many times in the emission and does not run indirectly towards the target. The receiver is composed of a photodiode or phototriode and a photocell.
